Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address or available for immediate download.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage, and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
